Sumario:In this work, we present the first case of a Ph‐positive ALL Moroccan girl with t(9;22)(q34;q11) and monosomy‐7. She was diagnosed with Ph‐positive ALL based on bone marrow examination, immunophenotyping, and cytogenetic analysis.
