Sumario:Parkinsonism has a complex and multifactorial aetiology and the role of post viral infection parkinsonism has been documented. The recent pandemic has made it clear that COVID-19 causes respiratory disease and affects multiple organs, which includes the central nervous system. Here we report three cases of post COVID parkinsonism occurring in older adults, age 60 years and above, and their response to levodopa-carbidopa.
