Half-dose glucarpidase as efficient rescue for toxic methotrexate levels in patients with acute kidney injury

PURPOSE: High-dose methotrexate (HDMTX)-associated acute kidney injury with delayed MTX clearance has been linked to an excess in MTX-induced toxicities.
