Sumario:KOMSA, a European leading ICT service provider, completed with the project Transformation 2020 the biggest change process in the company’s history within only 7 months. The new CEO and CFO Pierre-Pascal Urbon capitalized the ideas and impulses of employees to reducing the complexity of the group and to implementing a new leadership and management system. During the project the management board conducted the Leadership Journey to convey the new leadership mindset. The project has been implemented with agile methods on site as well as remote in home offices. This article describes the base line, mindset of the employees of the family-owned business in Saxony, Germany, and the process as well as the views of Kerstin Grosse, chairwoman of the supervisory board, and of Andrea Fiedler-Braunschweig, Vice President of the Company.
