A novel pathogenic variant of the FH gene in a family with hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma
Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma caused by loss-of-function germline variants of the FH gene can develop into aggressive renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
