Sumario:A 54‐year‐old woman with controlled hypertension presented with abdominal pain and weight loss. Imaging revealed a 6.6 cm liver lesion. During resection, she became severely hypertensive and diagnosis was paraganglioma. Hepatic paragangliomas are exceedingly rare but must be considered in the differential of abdominal mass even without typical clinical symptoms.
