I would like to present a method I have been using for the past twenty years. Only the post-op rehabilitation course has changed. 1. Full Weight Bearing Started Immediately with a Cast Boot. 2. Active Range of Motion Allowed as Tolerated. 3. Stretching Exercises Started After 4 Weeks. 4. Strengthening Program Started After 6 Weeks. 5. Running, Trampoline Exercises and Sports-Specific Drills After 3 Months. 6. Back to Sports After 4 Months;
