Sumario:Cryptococcal osteomyelitis is extremely rare. When cryptococcal infections occur, they are usually caused by Cryptococcus neoformans and involve the lungs or central nervous system in an immunocompromised individual. However, we report a case of osteomyelitis of the right ankle and right elbow due to C. neoformans in a 29-year-old immunocompetent male.
