Sumario:An increased risk for thromboembolism in cancer patients has been observed in patients with solid tumours, whereas little data exist on malignant lymphoma. We found an overall thromboembolic event incidence of 7.7% in 1038 lymphoma patients treated in our institution, with a statistically significantly higher incidence in high-grade than in low-grade lymphoma.
