Sumario:Over the past 2 years, in tandem with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, an interesting professional choice phenomenon occurred in the health care sector. Nurses' decisions to incorporate travel nursing into their career paths created a shift in the US nurse staffing landscape. What influenced this shift? Will the trend continue as the new “norm”?
