Comparing adult education systems: Canada and Aotearoa New Zealand

This article examines recent policy initiatives in adult education and training in Canada and Aotearoa New Zealand in relation to political and educational reforms enacted over the previous decades. The paper attempts to deepen our understanding of adult education systems—or lack thereof—in each place, and of neoliberalism, and responses to it.
