De Novo Genome Assembly of Stinkhorn Mushroom Clathrus columnatus (Basidiomycota, Fungi) Using Illumina and Nanopore Sequencing Data

We report the reference genome of Clathrus columnatus isolate MO-923, which was isolated from Chichijima Island, the Ogasawara (Bonin) Islands, Japan.
