Sumario:Post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography stenting is a well-established treatment for benign as well as malignant biliary obstruction. The most frequently encountered complication is stent clogging. Stent migration (proximal or distal), on the other hand, is not very common. Proximal migration of a choledochal endoprosthesis into the gallbladder has not yet been reported in the literature.
