Sumario: | We present the case of a 23-year-old young man with left-eye abducens nerve palsy following the COVID-19 vaccination. Given the temporal relationship between vaccination and the onset of symptoms, the lack of systemic history, and unremarkable magnetic resonance imaging, the patient’s abducens nerve palsy was related to his vaccination. The ophthalmologist should be aware of this neurotropic sequela of COVID-19 vaccination in young adults. |
