Sumario:Head and neck synovial sarcoma (HNSS) is a rare tumor with a few case reports or case series being published in the literature. We present the case of a 68-year-old patient admitted to our department for management of a palpable neck mass. After initial investigation and due to major problems of differential diagnosis, there was performed a wide excision of the tumor. Histopathology examination revealed an HNSS.
