Sumario:First Person is a series of interviews with the first authors of a selection of papers published in Disease Models & Mechanisms, helping early-career researchers promote themselves alongside their papers. Diego Baronio is first author on ‘ Abnormal brain development of monoamine oxidase mutant zebrafish and impaired social interaction of heterozygous fish’, published in DMM. Diego is a PhD student in the lab of Pertti Panula at the University of Helsinki, Helsinki, Finland, investigating mechanisms involved in the pathophysiology of neurodevelopmental disorders.
