Venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation is contraindicated in patients with severe AI. Use of left atrial venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation resulted in hemodynamic improvement, allowing patient stabilization for emergency valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
