Acute Cholecystitis in an Elderly Patient With Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody-Associated Vasculitis: A Case Report

A diagnosis of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis is difficult to establish in elderly patients.
