Sumario:Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is a type of hematopoietic stem cell disease and the clinical manifestation of the disease is mainly a combination of anemia and thrombosis. Intravascular hemolysis in PNH leads to hemosiderosis in renal cortex as a rare pattern of hemochromatosis. With this case presentation, we aim to show the radiological findings of this disease.
