Chemical Analysis of Eruca sativa Ethanolic Extract and Its Effects on Hyperuricaemia

In vivo assays and chemical analyses were performed on the ethanolic extract from leaves of Eruca sativa. UHPLC-ESI-QTOF analysis confirmed the presence of glucosinolates and flavonol glucosides.
