Bilateral Chronic Expanding Hematoma 20 Years after Silicone Breast Implant Removal

We encountered a case of a chronic expanding hematoma (CEH) that occurred bilaterally in the breast regions of a 42-year-old woman approximately 20 years after SBI removal.
