CD56-positive Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma Complicated by Chylothorax

A 77-year-old woman presented with systemic lymphadenopathy and bilateral pleural effusion. Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) was diagnosed based on the results of a lymph node biopsy.
