Sumario: | High‐Throughput Screening of Combinatorial Drugs In article number 2104449, Peng Shi, Honglin Li, Xudong Lin, and co‐workers develop a novel fish capsules (FC) system, that is based on an automated zebrafish encapsulating technology and a microdroplet array strategy, to enable large‐scale immobilization of oriented zebrafish larvae and compound parallel addition. Coupling with bioinformatic analysis and machine learning algorithms, this system is successfully demonstrated for in vivo high‐throughput functional screening of mono/poly‐therapies.
