Chylous Ascites Secondary to Retroperitoneal Para-Aortic Lymphadenectomy: A Case Report

Chylous ascites is caused by an accumulation of lymphatic fluid in the peritoneal cavity secondary to a rupture or obstruction of the abdominal lymphatic ducts.
