Pretreatment with Betablockers, a Potential Predictor of Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Takotsubo Syndrome

Introduction: Treatment with betablockers is controversial in Takotsubo syndrome (TTS); however, many physicians intuitively initiate or continue betablocker therapy in these patients.
