Effect of Graphene Addition on the Thermal and Persistent Luminescence Properties of Gd(2.994)Ce(0.006)Ga(3)Al(2)O(12) and Gd(2.964)Ce(0.006)Dy(0.03)Ga(3)Al(2)O(12) Ceramics

The gadolinium, gallium, aluminum garnet doped with cerium and co-doped with dysprosium ions were prepared using sol gel method. The SEM images show that after synthesis, the grains are below 100 nm.
