Sumario:Necrotizing fasciitis is a life-threatening infection. Inmediate diagnosis and treatment are essential. Reconstruction techniques and sequelae rehabilitation protocols have been poorly described. The objective of this work is to describe the results of timely treatment and early rehabilitation in a case of massive necrotizing fasciitis of both lower limbs. We present a case of necrotizing fasciitis, surgically treated by negative aspiration systems, muscle flaps, and skin grafts. We describe the protocol of rehabilitation and the results at one- year follow-up.
