description | Attempts at mitigating COVID-19 pandemic’s impact has pushed stakeholders’ resolve to incept variegated measures using socially embedded multilevel government structures. Given Ghana’s pandemic governance success, this paper reviews government’s nuanced and disaggregated roles in galvanizing social support towards developing, implementing and coordinating pandemic measures.
