However, for this case report a less invasive treatment modality is evaluated. This clinical case report will present Kenalog-40 injections as a treatment option to treat a spontaneous keloid scar. Observation of this treatment option has illustrated a reduction in size and improvement in pruritus, paraesthesia and discoloration.
