Sumario: | Cardiovascular manifestations are well recognized features of hyperthyroidism, particularly Graves’ disease. Common cardiac complications include atrial fibrillation, hypertension, and high or normal output congestive heart failure. In rare cases, acute pericarditis can be a manifestation of Graves’ disease. We present a 28-year-old male who presented with acute pericarditis and was later diagnosed with Graves’ disease. |
