The results show significant cell growth inhibition with minimal IC50 values of 46.25 ± 0.42 micro g/mL against A2780 cell lines. mRNA and protein expression were considerably reduced in C. trifoliatreated A2780 cell lines for further consideration as a chemotherapeutic agents. |
