Follow-up Blood Culture Practices for Gram-Negative Bloodstream Infections in Immunocompromised Hosts at a Large Academic Medical Center

The role of follow-up blood cultures (FUBCs) in gram-negative bloodstream infections to improve clinical outcomes remains controversial, especially among immunocompromised patients.
