Sumario: | Carcinosarcoma is a distinct neoplasm consisting of bidirectional differentiation toward epithelial and mesenchymal cells. Bladder localization is rare and the association with a rahbdomyoblastic component is exceptional. Few cases of bladder carcinosarcoma with rhabdomyoblastic differentiation have been reported in the literature. We present a case of a bladder carcinosarcoma in a 68-year-old man who presented with terminal hematuria and discuss difficulties of diagnostic and treatment. |
