Sumario:Prostatic adenocarcinoma is the second most common cause of cancer related mortality in men. Robotic-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy represents a standard treatment option for localized disease. We present a case of a 63-year-old male with synchronous presentation of prostate and rectal cancer treated with combined robotic prostatectomy (RALP) and low anterior resection (LAR). Interestingly, a mesorectal lymph node contained metastatic prostate cancer.
