Oxygen saturation and blood volume analysis by photoacoustic imaging to identify pre and post-PDT vascular changes

In this study, the blood volume and oxygen saturation of tumors were measured after photoacoustic imaging (PAI) under conditions of pre-photodynamic therapy (PDT), post-PDT, and 4 hrs, and 24 hrs post-PDT.
