description Autoimmune disorders occur either as a solitary lesion or in pairs, but it is unusual to find two autoimmune disease lesions in the oral cavity in a single patient, who has been previously treated for psoriasis. We present the case of a 30-year-old male who presented with complaints of severe burning in the oral cavity. Examination revealed the presence of co-occurrence of vitiligo with oral lichen planus with a history of psoriasis and was managed conservatively with good response to treatment.
