RESULTS: The patient was treated with 11 doses of weekly intracameral MTX (400 mg/0.1 ml). Clinical evidence of recurrence was not observed after 11 months of follow-up. DISCUSSION: Intracameral MTX can be used as an alternative for the treatment of epithelial ingrowth.
