Sumario:INTRODUCTION: In Folie induite, new delusions are assumed by an individual with psychosis who is being influenced by another individual with psychosis Shared Psychosis and Schizophrenia in twins are relatively rare CASE DESCRIPTION: Here we present a monozygotic twin with schizoaffective disorder and shared psychosis 22 years females Ms.N and Ms.R twin sisters, were admitted with reception order from judicial magistrate LEGAL STATUS: remand prisoner charged under section 302 IPC Twin N had delusion of persecution, grandiosity, reference and bizarre delusion Twin R had illogical thinking, persecutory delusion and induced delusion of persecution and grandiosity Twin Ms N was a inducer/dominant, Twin Ms. R was deluded with most of twin N’s delusions Both of them were started on antipsychotics and placed in a separate block 4 sittings of ECT given to twin R With these combination of Symptoms twin R showed dramatic response and the shared delusions resolved over period of 12 weeks Both of them showed significant improvement in terms of decline in BPRS, PANSS scoring and Functional improvement
