They can be caused by mechanical trauma, meningeal or parameningeal infection, or venous congestion. Common presentation of SDH are fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion. 2)Here we report a 48 year old male who came with complaints of aggressiveness, forgetfulness, disturbed sleep. Further patient started developing dysarthria, inattention and memory was impaired. 3)Neuroimaging- MRI brain showed subdural hygroma in bilateral fronto temporal parieto occipital region. 4)Neurosurgery opinion obtained which is unremarkable 5)Patient then started regaining his verbal fluency, memory and aggression settled in a span of 3 weeks. Although SDH is common among 1/3(rd) of patients with head injury/trauma,it is very rare that SDH presents with such features.
