This study aims to determine the relationship between self-care management and quality of life of T2DM patients in the community health center during the lockdown. METHODS: . This research was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study approach. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling with total sampling of 89 respondents. The instruments used in this study were WHO Quality of Life-BREF and Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities. FINDINGS: The results showed a significant relationship between self-care management and the quality of life of people with type 2 diabetes (p = 0.000) with moderate strength and a positive direction.
