description Trans-peritoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is a well-established minimally invasive procedure for management of large impacted ureteric stones since the last 3 decades. We present a case of a 51-year old gentleman, who presented with bilateral large upper ureteric calculi with obstructive uropathy and azotemia, managed successfully with bilateral synchronous 3-port trans-peritoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy, and to our knowledge is the first such case to be reported in literature. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The online version contains supplementary material available at 10.1007/s42399-022-01190-5.
