Effect of thermal treatment at high temperature on phase stability and transformation of Yb(2)O(3) and Y(2)O(3) co-doped ZrO(2) ceramics

Y(2)O(3) doped ZrO(2) (YSZ) ceramic material is used to protect alloy components worked in high-temperature.
