Ruxolitinib withdrawal complicating emergency aortic root replacement
Ruxolitinib, a Janus kinase inhibitor, is associated with severe withdrawal phenomena. Adequate tapering is often underemphasized in surgical emergencies and can complicate the postoperative course.
