description Prostate carcinoma (PC) is a disease of the male genitourinary system and a relatively common malignant tumor. In order to investigate the disparities in the expression of microRNA-323 (miR-323), microRNA-409-3p (miR-409-3p), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in prostate carcinoma with different clinicopathological features and analyze their correlation with prognosis. Thirty-two sufferers with prostate carcinoma and forty-three sufferers with benign prostatic hyperplasia are included. The results show that the detection of miR-323, miR-409-3p, and VEGF scales can provide reference value for clinical guidance of prostate carcinoma prognosis.
