description BACKGROUND: Umbilical endometriosis is a rare entity accounting for 0.5–4% of cases with endometriosis. CONCLUSION: This interesting coexistence reflects the importance of thorough gynecological assessment in patients with cutaneous endometriosis to enable appropriate management.
