Dissecting the Roles of PDCD4 in Breast Cancer

The human programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) gene was mapped at chromosome 10q24 and encodes the PDCD4 protein comprised of 469 amino acids. PDCD4 inhibits protein translation PDCD4 inhibits protein translation to suppress tumor progression, and its expression is frequently decreased in breast cancer....
