description BACKGROUND: As an important position for cultivating national talents, colleges and universities shoulder the fundamental task of education. Building a long-term curriculum system of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the guidance of national strength based values is the objective need to create a diversified value atmosphere in the period of social transformation. It is the renewal and iteration of Internet technology, which puts forward new requirements for ideological and political education. Follow the requirements of the dialectical unity of realizing the goal of ideological education and abiding by the law, the dialectical unity of values and value practice, and the cultivation of subjectivity. Especially in this process, it will play an important role in shaping students' emotion and behavior. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should not only investigate the external environmental impact of educational objects, but also pay attention to the comprehensive quality of educational objects themselves. According to the psychological factors that affect the values of educational objects, we should cultivate values. However, we still face challenges such as the richness of knowledge structure of educational objects, the maturity and resilience of self-identity, the direction and hierarchy of psychological needs, the differences of different dimensions of personality types, and the interpretability and reversibility of individual cognitive schema. RESULTS: On this basis, it is necessary to develop and build visual comprehensive development teaching, connotation interpretation interactive teaching, practical teaching close to the value of knowledge, task driven participatory teaching, multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation and network platform teaching. Construct 6e practice system from the perspectives of elaboration, interpretation, exploration, participation, evaluation and evaluation. National power based values provide rich resources for the construction of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is an innovative carrier for cultivating and practicing the values of state power standard. From the perspective of integration, study the resource advantages and penetration path of national high power status values leading ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, promote the organic combination of class education and value orientation, and build a scientific, systematic and sustainable long-term mechanism of value education. CONCLUSION: Provide intellectual support for the teaching reform of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, cultivate innovative talents in the new era, and firmly grasp the ideological initiative. Educational concept is the guide of educational practice and the core and key of overall planning, grasping the foundation, grasping the direction and long-term planning. It also clarifies and demonstrates the guiding, strategic and macro nature of the conceptual system. The practical system of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is a specific practical deployment based on the conceptual system, which is a dynamic process. Through the concept system, clarify the direction, ideas, key tasks and main measures of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, and effectively improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education system in Colleges and universities by formulating the objectives, tasks, policies and measures of the practice system.
