STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF JOB SECURITY ON JOB PERFORMANCE AND ANXIETY SENSITIVITY OF GRASS-ROOTS EMPLOYEES IN HIGH STAR HOTELS

Sumario: | BACKGROUND: As a typical service industry, the service attitude and service level of grass-roots employees directly affect the quality of hotel products. According to the field survey, the psychological safety of employees will affect their work attitude and efficiency, thus affecting the brand and efficiency of the hotel. In particular, it is very important to study the relationship and influencing factors between job performance and anxiety sensitivity. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: From the perspective of job security, this study collected 1243 effective questionnaires from the grass-roots employees of high-star hotels in China's first tier cities, and discussed the impact of job security on the job performance of grass-roots employees of high-star hotels through reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other research methods. The self-awareness scale compiled by fenigstein, Scheier and Buss (1975) includes three dimensions: internal self-awareness, public self-awareness and social anxiety. In this study, the social anxiety dimension was selected, including 6 items, and scored with 5 points (0 = very inconsistent with me, 4 = very consistent with me). Single factor verification is conducted for this dimension, and the fitting indicators are as follows: χ 2/df = 1.64, NNFI = 0.98, CFI = 0.99, GFI = 0.99, RMSEA = 0.037. The Cronbach coefficient of social anxiety subscale α Is 0.72. RESULTS: Job prospect security, promotion security, job stability security and job execution security had significant positive effects on job performance, while interpersonal security had no effect on job performance. In addition, the study also found that there was a negative correlation between prospect security and promotion performance. Similarly, there is a significant negative correlation between job stability and self-efficacy. There was a very significant positive correlation among state anxiety, trait anxiety and anxiety. The “anxiety” component of personality characteristics plays a great role in the generation of sense of security. The correlation coefficient between LCAS and trait anxiety was 0.408, while the correlation coefficient between LCAS and state anxiety was 0.395. Both reached a significant level (P < 0.01). Self efficacy was positively correlated with job stability. Research shows that foreign language anxiety, gender and self-efficacy can be measured as comprehensive variables. CONCLUSION: Ensuring employees' work safety is helpful to improve employees' actual work efficiency. The grass-roots staff of high star hotels will carry out team building driven by material interests. The grass-roots employees of high star hotels will make efficient work dedication on the basis of ensuring career development, welfare benefits and clarifying the scope and links of work. This study puts forward three management enlightenment: improve the development system of grass-roots employees in high star hotels and improve their job security; Optimize the construction of working team in high star hotels to ensure the psychological safety of grass-roots employees; Improve the incentive mechanism of high star hotels and improve the work performance of grass-roots employees. Finally, strengthen positive cognitive education, carry out targeted education for relevant personnel, correctly guide positive emotions, turn some blind and optimistic impulsive emotions into rational motives, and guide them to carry out relevant activities according to their own advantages and characteristics. Clarify the goal of motivation by example, and regularly hold activities such as successful model sharing, experience introduction and project display, so as to set a successful example for positive emotions, clarify the specific objectives of the activities, form strong psychological motivation, stimulate internal potential and help the realization of positive behavior. Strengthening professional guidance is to make the motivation of winning the bid behavioral.
