description BACKGROUND: Local Colleges and universities shoulder the mission of cultivating high-quality talents for regional economic and social development. Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become the top priority of talent training in local colleges and universities; Based on educational psychology and ecosystem theory, innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is of great significance to the personalized cultivation of groups, the regulation of entrepreneurial positive emotions and the improvement of practical innovation ability. RESEARCH OBJECTS AND METHODS: Aiming at the problems of incomplete analysis of psychological factors affecting students' learning and unreasonable learning methods, Huaiyin vocational and technical college comprehensively promoted the education and teaching reform by deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The training path of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is single, and the curriculum of innovation and entrepreneurship is imperfect. Based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, from the perspective of educational psychology, focusing on the construction and reform practice of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in local colleges and universities, this paper fully combines the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities with educational psychology, and puts forward the construction idea of “four in one” of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem of “innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship”. With the value orientation of cultivating students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability, build a new comprehensive training mechanism across colleges and disciplines, and implement the “Hunan Chongqing excellent talent training plan”. In order to better explore the role of the training program, The five factor emotion scale of this study adopts the five factor scale (ffmq) jointly prepared by Baer et al in 2006 [, translated and revised by Deng Yuqin et al., the scale has 39 questions, including observation, conscious action, description, non reaction and non judgment. The scale adopts a five-level scoring system. The higher the score, the higher the level of mindfulness. The emotional regulation self-efficacy scale adopts the emotional regulation self-efficacy scale prepared by Caprara et al. The Chinese version of the scale has 17 questions, including positive expression Emotional self-efficacy and management negative emotional self-efficacy. The Chinese version of the scale has been proved to have good reliability and validity. RESULTS: Based on the macro perspective of resource integration and entrepreneurship ecosystem theory, universities, enterprises, society and government were included in the group innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system. With curriculum construction as an effective means, platform construction as the support, competitive activities as the carrier and incentive mechanism as the guarantee, reconstruct the “four in one” innovation and entrepreneurship education system, effectively solve the current prominent problems, break through the obstacles between the first classroom and the second classroom, realize the organic integration of curriculum system, classroom teaching, popular science activities, project training, extracurricular competition and entrepreneurship practice, and meet the development needs of students at different levels. CONCLUSION: Practice has proved that in the construction of practical teaching, the reform achievements have been effectively promoted, and the win-win situation of all majors and all students has been realized. Students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been significantly improved, and the quality of talent training has been steadily improved, forming a good demonstration effect in similar colleges and universities. We should pay attention to the intermediary role of entrepreneurial motivation between positive entrepreneurial emotion and entrepreneurial behavior tendency. Through the positive role of entrepreneurial motivation, we can give full play to the connection between entrepreneurial positive emotion and entrepreneurial behavior tendency through entrepreneurial motivation. First, education should guide the rationalization of positive entrepreneurship. Strengthen the education of entrepreneurial awareness, carry out targeted education on entrepreneurial difficulties, correctly guide the positive entrepreneurial mood, and turn the blind and optimistic impulsive mood of some groups into rational entrepreneurial motivation. And guide them to carry out entrepreneurial activities according to their own advantages and characteristics. The second is to clarify the goal of entrepreneurial motivation through examples. Regularly hold group successful entrepreneurship model sharing, experience introduction, entrepreneurship project display and other activities to set a successful example for groups with entrepreneurial enthusiasm, clarify the specific objectives of entrepreneurial activities, form a strong entrepreneurial psychological motivation, stimulate the internal potential of entrepreneurs, and help to realize entrepreneurial behavior. The third is to guide the behavior of entrepreneurial motivation with specialty. Colleges and universities are the concentration of professionals, with a high level of intelligence, professional knowledge in the business field, and obvious talent and intellectual advantages. The university can organize experts and scholars to establish a professional entrepreneurship guidance team, give full play to the professional advantages of experts and scholars in their respective fields, carry out scientific research on entrepreneurship projects, guide students with entrepreneurial motivation to start businesses according to professional standards, and promote scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological entrepreneurship.
