Sumario:Pulmonary actinomycosis is a rare chronic granulomatous bacterial disease caused by Actinomyces species. Pulmonary actinomycosis mimics tuberculosis, aspergillosis, or malignancy both clinically and radiographically, and it should be considered in patients with chronic lung diseases.
